Jordyn Johnson, PA-C

Jordyn is joining our practice October 2023. More to come soon..

Emily grew up in our own backyard of Conifer, Colorado. She went to Marshdale Elementary, West Jefferson Middle School, and Conifer High School. She went on to attend the University of Colorado at Boulder where she got her Bachelor's degree in Integrative Physiology. After college she gained pediatric experience working as a school nurse at a Jeffco K-12 school. She then went on to get her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies at Baylor College of Medicine. She completed her clinical training on the Texas Medical Center and at various Texas Children’s Hospital institutions. Ultimately, however, she always knew she wanted to return to her hometown to care for kids.

In her free time, Emily loves hiking and snowshoeing with her husband, Ryan (who is also a PA) and her dog, Kenny (not a PA). You can also find her watching and playing sports like volleyball, soccer, and football. She has a passion for all things food and loves to explore the delicious restaurants around the Denver area with her family.

Kenneth Kutalek, MD

Dr. Kutalek graduated with a degree in Biophysics from Johns Hopkins University and obtained his Medical Degree from Mt. Sinai School of Medicine. He had post-graduate training in Pediatrics at both Children’s Medical Center in Dallas and at Children’s Hospital Colorado in Denver, and is board certified in Pediatrics. He has been in private practice in Evergreen since 1985

He is an open-minded life-long learner as well as an expert in finding bunnies, elephants and monkeys in little kids’ ears.

Leisure time (what’s that?) is spent reading sci-fi, rebuilding computers, gazing at the heavens with his 16” telescope, but mostly, traveling with the love of his life, Lynn. He has two grown children, David, a computer engineer, and Jenni, Evergreen Pediatrics Office Manager and IT specialist and resident artist and designer.
